| There are different kinds of subsidies: | ||
| - | as a contribution for energy saving measures (can be applied for by the energy consultant of KfW) | |
| - | reduction of tax for expenditure on employment or services in or around the household | |
| The third paragraph reads as follows: (3)For using services of craftsmen for renovation, preservation measures and modernisation (with the exception of measures supported by the Building Modernisation Programme of the KfW promotional bank) the income tax will be reduced on application by 20% (not more than 1,200 Euro) of expenses of taxpayer. |
